| Facts: | The defendant was stopped for speeding. When the defendant rolled the window down, a large plume of marijuana smoke appeared. This made it difficult for the officer to see inside. The defendant appeared drowsy, disoriented, and stated he was "hot boxing." The defendant performed various field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI.
